Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Kg Chicken Boneless is best
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, mix the yoghurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder and coriander powder, garam masala powder, and red chilli powder in a large bowl until you have a thick marinade mixture.
  • Next, add your boneless chicken pieces to the mixture and make sure they are evenly coated with the marinade.
  • The next day when you are ready to cook your chicken boti tikka skewers, preheat your oven or grill for about 10 minutes on high heat before adding your skewered chicken pieces to it.
  • Cook them for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown on all sides and cooked through completely.
